GetYourCompanion is intended for adults only. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement and that the information provided by you is accurate.

GetYourCompanion is a marketplace that connects verified adults for lawful, non-sexual social companionship.

We facilitate profiles, bookings, communication and payments between Users and Companions. We are not the direct provider of companionship services unless expressly stated otherwise.

Users and Companions must:

• Provide accurate information.
• Respect each other.
• Honour confirmed bookings.
• Follow applicable laws and Platform rules.
• Avoid harassment, threats, fraud or abusive behaviour.
• Not share or misuse another person’s private information.

GetYourCompanion strictly prohibits:

• Sexual services or prostitution.
• Illegal activities.
• Harassment or exploitation.
• Fraud or impersonation.
• Human trafficking.
• Misuse of personal information.
• Attempts to bypass Platform payment systems.
• Any activity that violates applicable law.

Accounts involved in prohibited activities may be suspended or permanently terminated.

We may require Users or Companions to complete age or identity verification.

Verification does not guarantee the character, conduct or future behaviour of any User or Companion.

Bookings and payments are processed through the Platform and/or authorised third-party payment providers.

Users are responsible for reviewing booking details before making payment.

Companion payouts may be subject to applicable Platform fees, taxes, refunds and cancellation adjustments.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

Users and Companions should review these policies before confirming a booking.

Users and Companions are responsible for taking reasonable safety precautions.

We recommend meeting in public places and avoiding unnecessary sharing of personal information.

For emergencies, contact the appropriate local emergency authorities.

Users may upload photographs, profiles, reviews and other content.

You must have the right to submit any content you upload. GetYourCompanion may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law or Platform guidelines.

We may suspend or terminate an account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, safety concerns, prohibited activities, repeated no-shows or other misuse of the Platform.

Users may request account closure by contacting us.

Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or error-free. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, technical issues, security reasons or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The Platform may use third-party services such as payment gateways, verification providers, hosting providers and communication services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory legal rights.
